Richland County IT/GIS provides a number of online interactive mapping and analysis applications which provide value to citizens and county employees. These include our internet mapping application, comparative sales analysis tool, district information application, as well as a suite of internal applications designed specifically to improve the efficiency and operations of Richland County Government.
