Adding Richland County Data to ArcMap

1. Download ArcExplorer from http://www.esri.com/software/arcexplorer/download9.html

2. Open ArcExplorer 9.1 - Click on "Add Data" button

3. Click the + next to "WWW"

4. Double click on "Add Web Site"

5. Type "http://nm.richlandmaps.com" in the "URL" box

Click "OK"

6. Select "NationalMap_RCGEO" on the left

Select "NationalMap_RCGEO" on the right

Click on the "Add Data" button

7. Data should now be visible in ArcExplorer

8. As you zoom into the map, move layers will become visible
